Noor was born in Lahore, Pakistan on 3rd July 1982. She is a Pakistani TV, film actress and model. Her other name is Sonia Meghnani and be visible in Urdu and Punjabi Lollywood movies and television channels.

Noor is the cousin of Sana Nawaz and she made her first appearance in 2000 and she have made many movies till now. She got married a Hindu from India and shifted to Dubai but came back to Lahore and filed for separation from her husband and remarried director and producer Farood Mengal in 2010. But this couple adopted separation after few month.
