Hi, I had similar thing, my case status still shows "case transferred from VSCt to TSC as they now have jurisdiction, decision will be taken etc' my case was approved in 2006, the lud was 3/23/2009 and after that it is still the same, noclue as to waht would have triggered this for an approved case, two things could have happened per me (Own views)- employer revoked 140 or regular cleanup of files from VSC as they no longer do 140s..also what is meant by PE in you status...keep me posted.

CTS is doing gc by EB1 for some people by L1A
My company has filed for EB-1 multinational manager for me.....I was on L1A earlier. I dont think the process is as fast as some folks think......specially since for EB1 manager category I140 premium processing is not allowed......
I guess the requirement for L1A is that one should be managing a business, people and processes...... and should have been employed in managerial capacity for the same company outside US......once L1A is done (it takes 5-6 days under premium procesing).....my understanding is that it establishes a strong basis for EB1 filing

Can someone here on this forum list down all the documents that are required to file 140 and 485. Or if this has been discussed in a thread can you please point me to the right forum?
Are you sure you want to do it on your own? If it was that easy, everybody would do it. Considering all the potential pitfalls, it just puzzles me why somebody would go for such a process on their own.
What are you trying to achieve? Save some bucks or show that you are smarter than other people? Even to save a lot of bucks, I don't see how I would do it without a reputed attorney.
Yes they are expensive, but there is a good reason for it: you are buying their expertise. Don't you think that it is worth it?

pledging and donating regularly is a novel concept for immigrant population, there has been some market research as well done on this when I was back in business school - feels a long time back!
Good to see folks coming out and signing up for recurring donations - every small amount counts as long as it is recurring.
For folks who want to celebrate the procurement of Greencard, it is fine as well but let's try focusing on the present than on future or past (courtesy: dialog from Rang De Basanti)...not trying to demean but trying to emphasize on the importance of present day!

Even I was thinking in these lines. :D Just a few days back I figured that Hyderabad used to be a country even after Indian independence. Even though I am from a different state, I was thinking that people from the former state of Hyderabad should be able to get their own 7% quota. If what you are saying constitutes a fraud, isnt filing the PERM the first step of the fraud and thats already committed -

Filing second PERM LC and EB2-140 for a higher level position may not consitute a fraud, if employer already filed EB3 I140. Going in downwards direction will looks like fraud.
My simple question,: Forget PD porting for a second.. In 140 form employer has to write reason that why second 140 was applied. In this case, what reason employer should write? Will they say that they are depromoting to lower level job.
Any way, it all depends on USCIS adjudicator. If he overlooks he may get benefit, otherwise it will be a problem for him.

That is a perfectly fine way to do it, though the added overhead of wrapping your image into a button is unnecessary because the MouseLeftButtonUp event on your image is very similar to the Click event on the button.
The end result is the same in either case - your users get something you can click on!

While this may seem "out there", it's not really.
